Another day another Joe Biden struggle. This one is just rough. He appears to completely lose where he is, panic in the situation, and have no recovery to move on from it.
This is not something that we should tread lightly on. Our country needs a strong leader, not one who has to have notes for everything and cannot remember his next step to take.
