Minutes After Biden Gloats Over Trump Verdict – Joe Gets the Perfect Betrayal Karma
The so-called criminal trial against Donald Trump was heavily tainted from the start. Anyone who thinks it wasn’t politically motivated was proven wrong when Biden’s campaign held an event right outside the courthouse. Soon after the guilty verdict came out, Biden’s campaign issued a statement. Proving, once again, he is trying to use this trial to save his failing chances.
From The Post Millennial:
In the wake of the guilty verdict against his top political rival Donald Trump on Thursday, President Joe Biden and his VP Kamala Harris issued a statement from their campaign. This, as Biden refused to address the nation following that verdict.“In New York today, we saw that no one is above the law… But today’s verdict does not change the fact that the American people face a simple reality. There is still only one way to keep Donald Trump out of the Oval Office: at the ballot box.”
Biden clearly thinks this guilty verdict will erase the last four years of failure. The Democrat has wrecked the United States and is largely hated by the country. Yet it seems obvious now that his party was conducting this (and the other) trials to influence the election.
But it doesn’t seem as if Biden, nor his party, is going to get what he wants. Almost immediately after this guilty verdict came out, it started to backfire. Not only did Republicans come out in force, but even members of Joe’s own party started pushing back.
From The Post Millennial:
Following Donald Trump being found guilty on all 34 counts brought forth by DA Alvin Bragg, Shaun Maguire, a partner at Sequoia Capital, which is one of the largest venture capital firms in the country, revealed that he donated $300,000 to Trump’s campaign, saying “the timing isn’t a coincidence.”…Maguire said that he believes 2024 is “one of the most important elections of my lifetime, and I’m supporting Trump.”
A venture capitalist who donated to Hillary Clinton in 2016 just dropped $300,000 for Donald Trump. He did it on the very day the guilty verdict came out, saying it was not a “coincidence.” Shaun Maguire said this is “one of the most important” elections of our lives and he wants Trump to win.
That is a major blow to Biden’s campaign, which is relying on large donations from wealthy liberals. But that was far from the only bad news Biden got this week.
From Breitbart:
Thursday on CNN, following the announcement of a guilty verdict of former President Donald Trump on 34 counts by a Manhattan jury, CNN senior political contributor Scott Jennings predicted it would favor Republicans in the election cycle…“So I think there’s a real chance here. it’s going to massively backfire on the Democrats and helped Donald Trump.”
Even analysts on CNN are admitting this guilty verdict is going to backfire “massively” on Joe Biden. And even liberal papers in Europe are predicting the same thing.
From Breitbart:
Britain’s main left-wing newspaper The Guardian… mused in their analysis: “historians care, journalists care and late-night comedians definitely care, but will it matter to voters?… poll after poll shows Trump to be the marginal favourite over incumbent Joe Biden, despite the president’s efforts to move the needle. If this doesn’t do it, perhaps nothing will.”
It seems this verdict has done nothing to give failed President Biden a boost. Instead, all signs point to the outrage coming from this news backfiring against Democrats. This might serve to further harm Biden’s reelection chances, especially as he campaigns on this news—proving he was behind it all along.
Key Takeaways:
- Joe Biden campaigned on the news that Trump was found guilty.
- Quickly it backfired, with a major donor giving $300,000 to Trump’s campaign.
- CNN admitted it will hurt Democrats more than Trump.
- European news outlets are speculating that this will not hurt Trump’s campaign.
