Musk and RFK Jr. Use Kamala’s Words Against Her, Warn Americans of Her 1st Amendment Issues
Kamala’s own words have come back to haunt her, thanks to X owner Elon Musk and former independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. They both just teamed up to sound the alarm about what Harris may do to X, the social media platform formerly known as Twitter, if she wins the presidential election.
Musk warned that Harris potentially would want to “shut down” X if she becomes president. To make this point, he shared a clip from a CNN interview that Harris did back in 2019.
In the interview, she slammed social media sites for “directly speaking to millions and millions of people without any level of oversight and regulation,” something she said “has to stop.”
“Translation: If they don’t police content to conform to government-approved narratives, they will be shut down,” Kennedy wrote in response, agreeing with Musk wholeheartedly.
Check out the clip for yourself below.
Kamala Harris: “He [Musk] has lost his privileges.”
Can someone please explain to her that freedom of speech is a RIGHT, not a “privilege”?Kamala Harris: “There has to be a responsibility placed on these social media sites to understand their power.”

Harris Wanted Trump’s Twitter Account To ‘Be Taken Down’
Kamala’s full comments in this interview were even more disturbing. She went so far as to say that Trump’s Twitter account “should be taken down” for having a negative impact on society.
From Fox Business:
“And when you’re talking about Donald Trump, he has 65 million Twitter followers, he has proven himself to be willing to obstruct justice – just ask Bob Mueller. You can look at the manifesto from the shooter in El Paso to know that what Donald Trump says on Twitter impacts peoples’ perceptions about what they should and should not do,” she said. She also spoke about the need for the government to regulate the platform so that speech like Trump’s, or that of other popular figures, can’t become a bad influence on millions of users.
“And the bottom line is that you can’t say that you have one rule for Facebook and you have a different rule for Twitter. The same rule has to apply, which is that there has to be a responsibility that is placed on these social media sites to understand their power,” Harris said. “They are speaking to millions of people without any level of oversight or regulation. And that has to stop.”
Someone needs to explain the concept of freedom of speech to Harris. While they’re at it, they should let her know that Americans are all guaranteed this right under the First Amendment.
While extremely disturbing, Harris’ past comments unfortunately come as no surprise. After all, Democrats like Harris only believe in freedom of speech for those who support their radical agendas. As for those who disagree with their leftwing views, they want them to be silenced by any means necessary.
Should Harris win this election, it’s extremely likely that she would indeed go after X. If she doesn’t shut it down completely, she will undoubtedly take action to make sure conservative voices are silenced on the platform to some degree.
Musk and Kennedy should be applauded for trying to warn others about Harris’ past comments. However, anyone who believes in freedom of speech shouldn’t even consider voting for Harris.
Key Takeaways:
- Harris’ past words come back to haunt her.
- Musk warns that Harris “will shut down X if she wins.”
- RFK Jr. warns that Harris will shut down platforms that don’t “conform to government-approved narratives.”
