Yahoo Sports reported the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department recorded Allen’s blood alcohol concentration at 0.08 or above. According to FOX59, police classified the preliminary counts as a Class C misdemeanor for operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a blood alcohol level of 0.08 or higher and a Class A misdemeanor for operating while intoxicated and endangering a person.
