A Judge Has Laid The Hammer Down On A Soros Funded Prosecutor….

A far-left prosecutor’s misconduct is finally being addressed, revealing the devastating consequences of liberal influence on the judicial system.

In St. Louis, a judge has taken steps to appoint a special attorney to address the misconduct of a far-left prosecutor, Kim Gardner, whose campaign was financially supported by liberal billionaire George Soros, further demonstrating the damaging influence of left-wing politics on our judicial system.

As reported by the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, Judge Michael Noble decided to appoint a special prosecutor after Gardner and her assistant, Christopher Desilets, failed to show up in court for an assault case. The judge argued that there was evidence indicating both Gardner and Desilets were guilty of indirect criminal contempt, with Desilets neglecting to attend both a trial and a subsequent hearing.

According to the judge, Gardner displayed “complete indifference and a conscious disregard for the judicial process.”

Despite her history of ethical issues, Gardner’s actions have finally come to a boiling point, with Missouri’s Republican Attorney General Andrew Bailey calling for her removal. Bailey’s request for her dismissal followed an incident in which a man who consistently violated bond conditions and lacked a driver’s license struck and severely injured a 16-year-old volleyball player. Furthermore, Gardner faced new negligence and potential misconduct complaints in April.

Missouri’s attorney general stated, “Instead of protecting victims, Circuit Attorney Gardner is creating them.” He also highlighted Gardner’s long record of failing to prosecute violent crime and her backlog of at least 3,000 cases. Gardner’s conduct was even labeled as “disturbing and unethical” by a grand jury after she confessed to prosecutorial misconduct in a case involving former Missouri Republican Gov. Eric Greitens.

In another instance of Gardner’s incompetence, the Missouri Supreme Court ordered her to comply with a public records request relating to the prosecution of Greitens in April 2022.

Furthermore, Gardner faced criticism in 2020 for her case against Mark McCloskey, a man who gained national attention for wielding firearms at protesters during Black Lives Matter demonstrations. Gardner was ultimately prohibited from prosecuting McCloskey after exploiting his case for her re-election campaign fundraising efforts.

Former President Donald Trump recently criticized Soros in a campaign video, calling out the detrimental impact of “Marxist” and “communist” district attorneys on the United States. Trump expressed his commitment to restoring justice in America and promised to appoint US attorneys that directly oppose the Soros-funded prosecutors wreaking havoc on our legal system.

This case highlights the urgent need to address the corruption and weaponization of our justice system by far-left prosecutors, who not only undermine the American way of life but also pose a significant threat to fairness and equality under the law.
