A Texas Sheriff Has Had Enough, What He Just Did With Four Illegals Is Amazing!

Texas sheriff takes matters into his own hands and does Joe Biden’s job for him.

Well, what’s a fed-up sheriff to do?

Small border towns and counties have reached their breaking point due to the Biden border crisis. Sheriff Brad Coe of Kinney County, Texas, pursued a car that was reportedly being used for smuggling on a county road early Wednesday morning, and he ultimately arrested the driver.

There are also five people inside the car, which Sheriff Coe had to deal with. He made the decision to handle things on his own terms since the Biden administration couldn’t handle it due to their incompetency thanks to Biden.

The driver is a citizen of Mexico and was sporting a medallion with a cartel motif. He is now being charged with at least seven felonies. All five of the passengers were undocumented immigrants. One woman was brought to the hospital in Del Rio. Her wounds posed no danger to her life. The other four illegal aliens chose not to receive medical attention. Border Patrol informed Coe that they could only take the four after having them evaluated medically first.

Coe said he loaded the three males and one female into his truck and drove to Eagle Pass, about an hour away, and dropped them off at the port of entry between the United States and Mexico, according to The Epoch Times.

Here’s what Coe told The Epoch Times:

“Well they had declined any type of medical help. So I can’t let them walk the streets. I can’t say, ‘Hey, go, be free.’ Because I still have to protect the Constitution and protect the people in the county.”

The Eagle Pass International Bridge is an access point. The illegal immigrants were being effectively deported by the sheriff, who anticipated that they would cross the bridge again to reach the opposite side of the border. It was either that, the sheriff argued, or letting them loose in his community.

Coe acknowledged that he wasn’t going about his typical routine and that he was facing an unusual situation. He handled them since the Border Patrol and especially the Biden administration, of course, couldn’t deal with them so the sheriff take matters into his own hands.

Coe County is a small community. Its population as of the 2020 Census is 3,129. That implies that Sheriff Coe only has a small number of resources at his disposal. However, Since state and municipal governments lack the legal jurisdiction to deport immigrants, the American Civil Liberties Union has accused the sheriff of breaking the law by attempting to do so himself.

On Wednesday, attorneys for the ACLU demanded information from the Kinney County Sheriff’s Office regarding the recent event and any previous instances of the attempted deportation of immigrants that were comparable.

But During a press conference on Wednesday following the most recent human smuggling tragedy that left 53 migrants dead in a scorching truck in San Antonio, Texas, Governor Greg Abbott of Texas praised Coe’s decision.

Here’s what Abbott said:

I applaud all of our sheriffs for having to respond in unprecedented conditions. And that’s causing all of us to use unprecedented action.”

“And so whether it’s doing what that sheriff in Kinney County is doing, or what we’re doing, such as turning back more than 20,000 people, we all have our own tools and strategies that we use to either turn back or to return people across the border.”

Deputies in Kinney County have already arrested 66 human smugglers this month alone, thanks to their thinking outside the box. Unlike Joe Biden, Sheriff Coe as well as other deputies take their oath of office seriously.
