Aimee Harris, aged 41, received a prison sentence from the Department of Justice under President Biden’s administration.

This was followed by a period of home confinement for her involvement in the purported theft and dissemination of Ashley Biden’s diary.

Ashley Biden, the youngest daughter of Joe Biden, accidentally left her diary beneath a mattress at a Palm Beach rehabilitation center after receiving treatment.

Subsequently, two individuals discovered the diary at a halfway house and went on to sell it to James O’Keefe and Project Veritas.

In a January 2019 journal entry, Ashley Biden reflected on her past experiences of showering with her father, Joe Biden, and indicated that it may have played a role in the development of a sex addiction.

The journal details instances of Ashley and Joe Biden showering together at an age that was severely inappropriate.

“I have always been boy crazy,’ Ashley wrote. ‘Hyper-sexualized @ a young age … I remember somewhat being sexualized with [a family member]; I remember having sex with friends @ a young age; showers w/ my dad (probably not appropriate),’ she wrote in a January 2019 entry, according to the Daily Mail.

James O’Keefe was later subjected to a late-night FBI raid and arrested by the Biden administration.

In 2022, Aimee Harris and her co-defendant Robert Kurlander, who discovered Ashley Biden’s diary at a halfway house, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit interstate transportation of stolen property.

During a court appearance filled with emotion, Harris expressed remorse for her actions, citing personal hardships such as surviving domestic abuse and sexual trauma. Despite her defense attorney’s plea for leniency based on her difficult past and role as a mother, the prosecution emphasized Harris’s consistent disregard for the law.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Robert Sobelman alleged that Harris’s actions were not just illegal, but also aimed at harming the Biden family and impacting the political environment.

Chief US District Judge Laura Taylor Swain condemned the sale of the diary as “despicable,” emphasizing the invasion of privacy and potential political motives involved.

Harris has been sentenced to one month in prison, a $20,000 fine, and three years of probation.

She is scheduled to start serving her prison sentence in July, while Kurlander awaits sentencing.
