No one is more entitled, privileged, spoilt, and self-centered than the first son of President Joe Biden, Hunter Biden, notwithstanding all the comments the president and his administration have made about “privilege” and socioeconomic inequalities.
Hunter Biden and federal prosecutors’ cozy plea deal broke down on Wednesday.
The judge declined to sign off on the deal, commenting, “You are telling me to rubber stamp the agreement,” according to CBS News.
Additionally, Hunter Biden’s legal team has now requested that the court retain some documents “under seal.”
According to a document filed on Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware, the in question materials contain private and sensitive information, including grand jury materials and taxpayer information.
Although some of the files may have already been made public by the U.S. House of Representatives, Biden’s attorneys said that this would be “prejudicial” and that this does not deprive them of their legal safeguards.
“These filings include several hundred pages of exhibits containing allegations, innuendo, and unverified claims regarding Defendant and the very matters before the Court,” the filing said. “Defense counsel wishes to maintain these materials under seal, to protect Defendant from the disclosure on the public docket of potentially prejudicial information about an ongoing criminal matter.
“Under the circumstances, the temporary and continued sealing of such records to prevent undue and irreparable prejudice to a defendant in a criminal case is both warranted and serves the ends of justice.”
One would assume that if the Bidens had nothing else to hide, they would be pleased to provide their tax records to the public in order to put an end to the bribery and corruption claims that have been made against Hunter and his father.
However, it doesn’t appear like the Bidens are familiar with the phrase “nothing more to hide.”
The rabbit hole of what appears to be their dishonest, immoral, and unlawful dealings is too deep to exit.
According to CBS News, IRS informants spoke before the House Oversight Committee on July 19 regarding the tax inquiry targeting Hunter Biden. Hunter Biden should be charged with numerous felonies and misdemeanors in 2021, according to the primary IRS case agent Joseph Ziegler, who identified as a Democrat.
Investigators, according to Ziegler, discovered evidence that suggests Hunter Biden improperly claimed business deductions for personal expenses such as his children’s college tuition, hotel costs, and payments to escorts. However, they encountered barriers in their attempts to look into these issues further.
Ziegler voiced frustration, feeling that the scope of the inquiry was constrained, and wondered what would have been learned if the scope hadn’t been constrained.
Republican Jason Smith, chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee, filed a court brief pleading with the judge to take into account the testimony of IRS whistleblowers when making the deal.

Similar to teens contacting the principal’s office in their mother’s voice to inform him their “son” won’t be at school, someone from Hunter Biden’s legal team apparently attempted to mimic a Republican lawyer on Tuesday in order to get the letter removed from court files.

The Wednesday hearing saw more of immature conduct. After the agreement fell through, Hunter Biden’s lawyer, Christopher Clark, reportedly yelled at the prosecutors, “This was all discussed! I’m not sure what you want to achieve. We’ll destroy it.
The attorneys appeared to squabble over the deal’s terms, retreating to their corners to discuss the issues and, at one point, could be heard yelling at each other. “Well, we’ll just rip it up!” Biden lawyer Chris Clark was heard shouting. https://t.co/JJwzv5sUsB

It appears that Hunter Biden made a two-for-one bargain with his attorneys at the residence of one of his cocaine suppliers, but someone has to remind them that destroying evidence won’t make the accusations disappear.
Additionally, sealing the president’s son’s tax returns does not guarantee that the truth will not eventually surface.
The Bidens’ dominoes have begun to fall, and there is at last hope that justice will be carried out, whether or not these specific records are sealed.
