Lauren Boebert’s Ex ARRESTED On Multiple Felony Charges…

Jayson Boebert, the former husband of Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO), faced arrest this week on multiple charges related to two separate incidents.

Colorado law enforcement officials apprehended Jayson Boebert on Tuesday, citing six criminal charges, including third-degree assault, harassment, prohibited use of weapons, obstructing a peace officer, disorderly conduct, trespassing, and obstruction of a police officer.

According to USA Today, the initial charges arose from an incident at a restaurant in Lauren Boebert’s district over the weekend. Jayson Boebert had called the police, alleging that she had assaulted him. However, after a thorough investigation, authorities announced on Wednesday that there was no evidence supporting the claim that Lauren Boebert had attacked her ex-husband.

Police disclosed that during their response to the incident, Lauren Boebert cooperated with law enforcement, while Jayson Boebert, described as highly intoxicated, was uncooperative and confrontational with officers. Despite his assertion of being punched in the face, officers found no visible marks or injuries on Jayson Boebert to substantiate the alleged assault.

According to a police statement, staff at Miner’s Claim restaurant requested Jayson to leave due to the disturbance he was causing. Law enforcement repeatedly instructed him to depart, but he refused, leading to his physical removal from the establishment.

Subsequently, Jayson Boebert retracted his claims of domestic violence against his ex-wife. He now faces charges of third-degree criminal trespass and disorderly conduct related to the aforementioned incident.
