OUCH: New Report Reveals Hunter Biden Is The Tenant From Hell….

Over the years, the first son of the nation, Hunter Biden, has gathered an astonishing list of descriptors to go with his name, including “influence-peddling,” “drug-addicted,” “adulterous,” and “deadbeat dad.”

He received another one on Wednesday as a result of a news report: “horrible tenant.”

The spoiled princeling of the Biden royal family has a history of failing to pay rent to a past landlord in a multimillion-dollar Venice Beach, California, home—and leaving the property in disarray after only a brief stay, according to a report published on Wednesday by the U.K. Daily Mail, a British publication with an outsized online presence in the United States.

The outlet claims that Hunter, his wife Melissa, and their infant son, Beau, moved into the home in February 2021.

According to the Daily Mail, the family moved to their current property in Malibu after only approximately six months. In that small period of time, they managed to leave a quite poor impression.

“Hunter and Melissa were horrible tenants,” one source told the newspaper. “Not only did they stiff the owner for months of rent, they left the house in terrible condition.”

“Melissa was rude and entitled. They destroyed the stereo equipment in the home and when someone came to fix it, they were uncooperative. They also left the place dirty.”

It’s vital to note that the Daily Mail article depends solely on anonymous sources, so readers can pick how much credence to place in it. However, based on what is known about Hunter’s past in the public domain—often from his own damning words—it is not unreasonable to speculate that he may be a deadbeat tenant.

This man was expelled from the Navy for drug use (and forfeited an officer’s commission he never should have had); he has filmed a ton of videos of himself and different prostitutes engaging in or discussing drug use while they are in various states of undress; and he is suspected—with good reason—of using his father Joe Biden’s connections to amass millions from shady figures abroad.

That’s not exactly the type who makes sure to mop under the radiator to get the security deposit back.

According to the Daily Mail, the house, previously rented for $25,000 a month, was sold in March 2022 for $3.9 million and is now worth $4.2 million.

Jonathan Neman, a co-founder of the fast-casual restaurant business Sweetgreen that specializes in salads, was the property’s owner at the time of the Biden contract.

Neman doesn’t seem to be a fervent Democratic backer, unlike many of California’s affluent businesspeople. In fact, according to a report in The Atlantic, his biggest foray into politics appeared to occur in September 2021, at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, when he seemed to advocate for making everyone eat more salad in order to combat obesity and combat COVID.

(That’s offensive from a philosophical, culinary, and nutritional standpoint, but given that the man sells salad, at least it makes sense as a matter of pure cupidity.)

The Daily Mail reports that Neman declined to comment on the Bidens’ leasing agreement.

However, a source told the newspaper that Neman didn’t want to sue Hunter for the overdue rent.

“It’s not that he needed the money, and, frankly, it was embarrassing,” the source said, according to the Daily Mail.

May be embarrassing for Neman. But it’s probably safe to say that Hunter Biden is now beyond embarrassing at this time.

The adult man-child has spent his entire life in his father’s shadow, selling his access to his father’s influence, having an affair with his brother’s widow while still married to his first wife, and trying to abort his own daughter (while causing his family to callously ignore the girl as well).

His main claim to fame right now, despite his pretenses of an “art” profession, is that he is a national disgrace.

If true, he is a “horrible tenant,” but it is the least of his issues.
