How hot is too hot? No, she is not part of the “epidemic” of young teachers having inappropriate relationships with young students.
This Atlanta teacher clearly looks as if she can get any grown man she wants, but is her attire “inappropriate” for the young boys who may be swooning over her in the classroom?
Atlanta school teacher Patrice Brown became a hot topic on social media after her photos in her classroom with viral. While many were supportive, there were others who criticized her attire and said it was inappropriate to wear around kids.
God blesses us with a lot of things, Miss Brown has not only been blessed with the gift of intelligence to be able to teach kids but also some very curvy features.
Well turns out, that the whole controversy surrounding Brown and the attire she chooses to wear to work is pretty much pointless because she isn’t even a licensed teacher.
The Atlanta teacher’s photo had mixed reactions. Some social media users have called her “the sexiest teacher in America,” while others scrutinized her choice of attire, deeming it “inappropriate” for school.
Atlanta Public Schools (APS) have released a statement confirming that Brown is a paraprofessional, or in other words, a teacher’s aide/assistant. The APS also said that in the aftermath of her newfound internet fame, Brown had been “given guidance” on her attire and social media presence.
“She was given guidance regarding the APS Employee Dress Code of Ethics for educators, and she has been cooperative in addressing her presence on social media,” the APS said in a statement.
According to Opposing Views, Twitter folks were asked about the teacher dressed appropriately for school, the reaction was split down the middle.
“Only if she teaches pole dancing,” wrote one Twitter user.
“Absolutely inappropriately This is a place of business not a date, come on now!!!!” wrote another.
“Lets be real…the outfits were chosen to show off her curves and you have to be a fool to think she’s not aware,” wrote another user.
“Any of these outfits on a thin lady with no breasts or a** would not be considered inappropriate,” wrote one Twitter user.
“What’s wrong with how she’s dressed?” asked another user. “Nothing is revealing! People are just intimidated by her curves. #TeacherBae”
“Really fascinating to watch people assume a Black female teacher is intentionally trying to sexually entice her students with a dress,” wrote another. “If it isn’t our hair, it’s going to be our shape. If it isn’t our shape, it’s going to be our attitude. Whatever issues folks can have w/us.”
“If I was her student, I would have perfect attendance, sitting front row and all,” wrote one user.
“I’d stay in detention,” wrote another.
According to reports, Brown has since deleted many of the photos that have gone viral from her Instagram. “My only focus is to remain FOCUSED!” she wrote as a caption on Instagram on Sept. 12, under a photo that read, “This Too Shall Pass.”
