One thing that the vast majority of Democrats don’t understand is the supreme level of intelligence that you have to have in order to be the CEO of a company.
JPMorgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon criticized Democrats for unfairly targeting Trump supporters, asserting that people voted for Trump due to his stance on crucial issues.
Speaking on a CNBC panel at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, Dimon expressed pessimism about the U.S. economy’s outlook for the 2024 presidential election and raised concerns about the multitude of challenges facing the country in the coming years.
Dimon took issue with Democrats centering their 2024 campaign on criticizing Trump’s supporters, who constituted a significant voting bloc.
He urged Democrats to reconsider their approach when discussing the “MAGA” (Make America Great Again) movement, emphasizing that voters chose Trump not solely based on family values but also because of his positions on NATO, immigration, economic growth, tax reform, and China.

While Dimon, who has ties to former President Barack Obama, once contemplated a presidential run against Trump in 2020, he acknowledged Trump’s policy achievements.
Despite past verbal sparring with Trump, Dimon recognized that voters had valid reasons to support the former president and called for greater respect toward fellow citizens with differing political views. He expressed frustration with Democrats who have denigrated Trump supporters since the 2016 campaign, citing Hillary Clinton’s characterization of them as “deplorables.”
