Newly revealed transcripts from a witness interview conducted by a DOJ prosecutor provide additional evidence that Trump was deliberately framed.

Judge Aileen Cannon authorized the unsealing of documents in Jack Smith’s case involving classified materials related to Trump.

According to an unnamed witness interviewed by DOJ prosecutor Michael Thakur, following the conclusion of the Trump Administration, the General Services Administration (GSA) stored six pallets of boxes in Virginia.

Subsequently, they informed Trump’s team to retrieve the boxes.

These boxes were later found to contain documents bearing “classified markings.”

They were initially abandoned in Virginia before being transported to Mar-a-Lago.

The revelation strongly suggests a deliberate and orchestrated setup against Trump.

Last year Tim Parlatore, an attorney for Trump, said GSA quickly packed up boxes at the end of Trump’s presidency and shipped them to Florida.

“When President Trump left office, there was little time to prepare for the outgoing transition from the presidency. Unlike his three predecessors, each of whom had over four years to prepare for their departure upon completion of their second term, President Trump had a much shorter time to wind up his administration,” Trump attorney Tim Parlatore wrote in a letter to the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence last April.

“White House staffers and General Service Administration (‘GSA’) employees quickly packed everything into boxes and shipped them to Florida. This was a stark change from the standard preparations made by GSA and National Archives and Records Administration (‘NARA’) for prior administrations.”

In August 2022, agents armed with machine guns conducted a raid on Mar-a-Lago and confiscated boxes of classified documents found in a locker room.

Several months later, the US Attorney General Merrick Garland named Jack Smith as special counsel to examine the classified documents housed at Mar-a-Lago.

In June last year, Jack Smith brought 37 federal charges against Trump in Miami for storing presidential records at his Mar-a-Lago property, which was safeguarded by Secret Service agents.

Trump faced 31 charges under the Espionage Act for intentionally holding onto national defense information and 6 additional charges related to procedural offenses arising from his discussions with his lawyer.
