A Rare Video Of Mr Rogers Has Gotten Leaked And It Is Making Some Liberals Lose Their…

A vintage children’s TV show from the 1980s hosted by Mister Rogers himself has gone viral on social media after leftists were triggered by the character in the show singing a song about “boys being boys and girls being girls”.

Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood host Fred Rogers who hosted the show for decades, is seen in the footage singing a song explaining to children that there are two genders, that boys and girls are different, but that everyone is equal.

In our current environment, it’s easy to forget that the left’s view on this issue was considered far outside the mainstream just a few years ago.

What Fred Rogers says in these videos is still the view held by most Americans, despite the efforts of the media and Hollywood to normalize it.

“Boys are boys from the beginning, girls are girls right from the start. Everybody’s fancy, Everybody’s fine. Your body’s fancy and so is mine,” Rogers sings.

A leftist, who goes by the name of Dr. Jebra Faushay on Twitter, posted the video, captioned:

“TRIGGER WARNING. This is the most upsetting thing you will see all weekend.”

According to Fox News:

The clip, which made the rounds on the popular social media platform, featured the late TV icon Fred Rogers singing his song, “Everybody’s Fancy.”

The lyrics of the tune contain a simple message about boys’ and girls’ bodies having inherent differences and encourage children to find beauty and acceptance in those obvious differences.

In the video, Rogers sang the first stanza: “Boys are boys from the beginning, girls are girls right from the start. Everybody’s fancy, Everybody’s fine. Your body’s fancy and so is mine.”

In the subsequent stanza, Rogers sang about gender roles exclusive to each sex. He sang, “Girls grow up to be the mommies, boys grow up to be the daddies. Everybody’s fancy, Everybody’s fine. Your body’s fancy and so is mine.”

Rogers elaborated on this point during an appearance on the Tonight Show with Johnny Carson. Watch:

Of course, in a world of “gender-based care,” (puberty blockers and child genital mutilation surgery) this little ditty is now ‘offensive’:

“This song still holds up no matter how much folks with mental illness cry.”

“Wow, insulting LGBTQ and people with mental illness in one tweet.”

“This is literal violence.”

It’s a stark reminder of how far and fast we have drifted in our culture, which is precisely why it bothers the left.
