MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell would like to file lawsuits in all 50 states in relation to the widespread fraud in the 2020 elections.
Lindell has announced that his lawyers plan to file a class-action lawsuit against “all machines” in response to the 2020 presidential election results. Currently, he plans to file lawsuits in the states of Colorado, South Dakota, Texas, Wisconsin, Michigan, and Alabama and would follow it up by filing lawsuits in all 50 states.
Lindell made the announcement on Saturday while endorsing Kari Lake, an Arizona GOP gubernatorial candidate.
In a segment of Lindell-TV uploaded to the businessman’s website Frank Speech on Saturday, Lindell urged supporters to sign a petition in support of lawsuits targeting voting machines. He described the case against voting machines as “historical,” saying “it’s been worked on for I don’t know how many months now.”
Last month in the state of Arizona Lindell spent over $500,000 to “obtain a preliminary injunction against voting machines that Lindell has repeatedly charged are defective”.

More details of this report from The Guadian:
Lindell, though, sounds undaunted, telling the Guardian that he has spent about $30m to retain about 70 lawyers, cyber consultants, private investigators and other staffers for his projects to prove widespread fraud in the 2020 elections, despite mountains of contrary evidence, and expand his crusade to get rid of voting machines.
Last month Lindell pumped about $500,000 into an Arizona lawsuit filed by two Trump- and Lindell-backed state candidates for secretary of state and governor, Mark Finchem and Kari Lake, respectively, to obtain a preliminary injunction against voting machines that Lindell has repeatedly charged are defective.
Lindell said that he plans to underwrite similar anti-voting machine lawsuits in the next few months in many other states including Colorado, South Dakota, Texas, Wisconsin, Michigan and Alabama. “I’d like to file the lawsuits in all 50 states,” he said. “I didn’t come all this way not to succeed. We’ve got to get rid of them all.”
To further spur his conservative agenda, Lindell has publicly endorsed several candidates for top posts in battleground states including Lake and Finchem, who early this month benefited from a Trump-sponsored fundraiser at Mar-a-Lago that Lindell attended.

Here’s what Newsweek reported:
MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell, a staunch supporter of former President Donald Trump, remains confident that the “historical” lawsuits against voting machines that he’s pushing for will “succeed.”
In April, Lindell backed a lawsuit seeking a preliminary injunction against voting machines in Arizona. The legal challenge was filed by state Representative Mark Finchem, a Republican, who is running to become the state’s secretary of state, and Kari Lake, a former television news journalist, who is running as a Republican to become the southwestern state’s governor.
“Yesterday was a historical day in history—in the history of America,” Lindell asserted during an interview with Right Side Broadcasting Network ahead of a Trump rally in Ohio the day after Lake and Finchem filed their suit. “We filed the first preliminary injunction in the state of Arizona to get rid of the machines once and for all.”
